These terms
ManMind is operated by DOZUS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as ManMind. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
ManMind is a meditation and mental-conditioning app. It provides guided audio sessions, a self-assessment, and progress tracking. It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and it does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice for any condition.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older to use ManMind. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Account, in the Danger Zone section, or by following the steps on the account deletion page.
Subscriptions and purchases
The Formulations library is available through an auto-renewing subscription, purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account. Pricing and billing period are shown at the point of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your device Settings under Subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us directly.
If you previously purchased through our website, restoring purchases in the app reconciles that purchase with your app entitlement where the underlying account matches.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Because ManMind delivers its audio to you straight away, you ask us to begin supplying it as soon as you buy, and you accept that you lose this 14-day cancellation right once streaming of the content begins. This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
Complimentary and beta access
From time to time we may give you free or reduced-price access to ManMind, for example as a beta tester or during launch. Complimentary and beta access is temporary and provided at our discretion. We may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time, and it does not entitle you to continued free access once it ends.
Content and intellectual property
The audio, text, and design in ManMind belong to DOZUS LTD or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own listening. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it.
Your licence to the audio is stream-only. You may listen to the sessions inside the app, but you may not download, record, copy, or otherwise keep the audio outside the app.
Your journal entries
You keep ownership of the journal entries and other text you write in ManMind. By writing them, you grant DOZUS LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content back to you so the app can work. We do not claim ownership of your journal entries and do not use them for advertising.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract or redistribute the audio content, or interfere with the service for other users.
No medical claims
Nothing in ManMind is medical or therapeutic advice, and the app does not guarantee any particular outcome. If you are dealing with a mental health concern, please speak to a qualified professional. Use the app at your own discretion.

Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, DOZUS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will update them here and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
