Delete your account

From inside the app
Open ManMind and go to Account. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete account, then confirm. Deletion happens straight away, and it cannot be undone.
By email
If you cannot get into the app, email support@manmind.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by reply once it is done.
What deletion removes
Your login identity, profile, session history, journal entries, course progress, device records, and entitlements are deleted from our database. If you joined the website waitlist with the same email, that entry is removed too.
What we cannot remove
Purchases made through the App Store are recorded by Apple and by RevenueCat, our subscription provider. Those records are kept for tax and accounting purposes under their own retention rules and are not something we can delete. They do not contain your journal entries or session history.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your device Settings under Subscriptions, before or after you delete, or you will keep being charged.
