Who we are
This website is operated by DOZUS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as ManMind. DOZUS LTD is the data controller for anything described here. The ManMind app has its own privacy policy, shown inside the app.
What this site collects
One thing, and only if you hand it over: your email address, when you join the launch list. We store the address, the page you joined from, and the date. That is the whole record. We do not ask for your name and we do not profile you.
There is nothing else. No accounts, no assessment on this site, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and no cookies. Your visit is not otherwise recorded against you as an individual.
What we do with your email
We send you one confirmation that you are on the list, and one email when the app launches. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not send you anything else without asking you first.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your address. We keep the list until the launch email has gone out, and delete it within three months after that.
Who processes it for us
Supabase stores the list, and Resend delivers the email. Both act on our instructions under contract, and both transfer data outside the UK under standard contractual clauses. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and any App Store link points to Apple. Those providers see your IP address as a normal part of serving the request, under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If you download the app
Anything you enter in the app, including your assessment result and any reflections you write, is covered by the app's own privacy policy rather than this one.
