Target.

A calm brain is the platform, not the product. Target aims your new skill at the one pattern that actually runs you.

Four stages, about twenty-four minutes. Every full session runs the same underneath, whatever the formulation.

Downshift.

The session takes you into theta, the slow-wave state where the brain stops defending its habits and turns trainable. This is the skill from Learn, deployed.

Release.

In that state the old pattern loosens. The automatic response, the one that fires before you can think, gets walked back until it stops running the show.

Reprogram.

Then the new response gets rehearsed, again and again, on a brain plastic enough to take it. Repetition on a trainable brain is how the wiring actually changes.

Install.

The new response settles in as the default. Not something you run on willpower. Something you are. That is identity level, and it is the point.

Release does double duty. It runs inside each session, or you clear it once as the School's paid stage two, emptying the old programs out of your subconscious so every formulation after it lands on clean ground and runs shorter.

Each formulation runs across three tiers. You don't skip. You earn the next one.

T1

Foundation.

Reach the state and run the core rehearsal. The base every formulation is built on. Where everyone starts.

T2

Expansion.

Wider and deeper. More scenarios, longer holds, the harder situations the foundation made reachable.

T3

Mastery.

The response is the default now. Maintenance and the edge cases, until it holds on command, without the session.
